KELVA Cleaner TLX

Universal and versatile web cleaner which removes dust from almost all materials.

Smooth or porous, robust or delicate – this non-contact web cleaner efficiently extracts contaminants in almost any applications
with web widths up to 3000 mm as standard. But it can be easily customized for more wider webs also.

The KELVA TLX features a very powerful airflow of both vacuum and blowing air, as well as integrated 24VDC antistatic.
Opening and closing of the cleaner is handled by pneumatic cylinders lifting the upper to allow access for web threading and service. Standard lifting height is 100 mm.

The circulating air is connected to the cleaner through high speed connections to minimize pressure drop.

Antistatic bars are mounted in the blowing air profiles where they are protected, and keep clean.
