Label Printing

Today, the majority of labels are printed on coated paper, film or foil webs. Machine speed is normally under 200m/minute and web width under 500 mm.

When the label stock leaves the converter it should be free from dust and contamination. KELVA has a solution for all converting applications, from very narrow webs to wide high-speed production lines.

You can opt for a contact cleaning or non-contact cleaning solution to remove production and slitting dust. Both can be installed newly into the production machine or as retrofit.
