KELVA Cleanflow Cleaner Head Type HS85 for Double-Sided, Non-Contact Web Cleaning.
Our most flexible Cleanflow cleaner HS85 allowing a large extent of customization, for wide webs up to 10 000 mm. The KELVA HS85 has active antistatic bars integrated in the blowing profiles, and is operated by pneumatic cylinders, allowing space for web threading and service.
The upper half of the web cleaner unit are equipped with adjusting bolts to control the distance between the halves. Under normal conditions these adjustments are carried out only during installation, but in case of an exceptional web thickness, changes can be done.
Optional features can be added for special applications like glass, narrow and wide tissue, nonwoven, and glass fibre or for removing extremly sticky contaminants at high web speeds.
