New automatic filter from Kelva
AF24, the new automatic filter from KELVA will improve cleaning
efficiency and reduce maintenance in existing and new KELVA web
cleaning systems.
The filter includes up to 12 filter cartridges
with a total filter area of 24m2. The cartridges are optimised for the
best possible performance and manufactured according to the latest
standards.
The filter is automatically cleaned with pressurised
air exhausted through multi-jet nozzles pushing the contamination back
into a dust trap where it is collected in an exchangeable plastic bag.
The
cleaning sequence is easily programmed through the operation panel on
the filter side and can be optimised for any type of dust and
contamination removal.
The filter is designed to fit a
standard K30, K55, K75 or K110 Filter/Fan unit from KELVA making it
possible to upgrade your existing manual filter to the new high
efficient KELVA AF24 automatic filter.
As an option the filter can also work as a stand-alone unit with any type of web cleaner.
